What this PR does / why we need it
Reusing the existing LiveReplicateDisks mechanism for periodic sync and Hot migration by pointing the source NBD socket URL at the disk vJailbreak's Proxy VM exposes over NBD, with Accelerated Copy (HotAdd) steps layered on top as minimal, additive hooks rather than a parallel path
